    • DynPro – He led a strategy refresh of this $15M IT Services & Staffing business in the US while aligning vision with the larger $30M business in five countries. 
    • Core Health Technologies – Buck led this startup IT Consulting and Staffing Firm from pre-revenue to over $2 million in annual revenue and 35% profit within two years.
    • LexisNexis – Having transformed Time Matters’ sales, marketing, and customer service during pre-acquisition, Buck then led their acquisition transformation into LexisNexis operationally, organizationally, and culturally.   He assumed leadership of the Time Matters product line post-acquisition upon the owner’s departure and completed full integration into the LexisNexis portfolio.  Buck’s leadership of sales & marketing through the acquisition integration and beyond, they were able to achieve 400%+ revenue growth from $4M to over $20M in four years.
    • TMP Worldwide.  He was recruiter to start a local branch staffing office in Raleigh, but he consistently grew responsibilities to become a divisional Vice President post-acquisition.  One success Buck had was to start a business unit and grow it to an annual run rate of $8M within three years. 

    Before transitioning into the corporate market, Buck served as an Officer & Aviator in the US Army, with increasing responsibilities from Aeroscout Platoon Leader along the Korean DMZ to Helicopter Company Commander in combat during the Gulf War. These experiences helped Buck acquire invaluable skills in organizational leadership and resilience across various challenging environments.

    His academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from the United States Military Academy at West Point equipped Buck with a robust knowledge base and a strategic mindset essential for navigating the dynamic landscapes of diverse industries.

    Buck’s certifications as Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS), and LinkedIn-certified Diversity Recruiting Professional underscore his commitment to and aptitude in gaining proficiency in the roles and industries where he worked.
