There, he facilitated key executive board meetings, evaluated proposed technology investments, and led the implementation of mission-critical initiatives, including a new platform to support European Union operations. His work helped lay the foundation for scalable, technology-driven growth in a highly regulated industry.
Bryan’s most extensive corporate tenure was with Gartner, where he held the role of Senior Director for over 16 years. During this time, he led high-stakes business transformation programs for more than 50 clients across both public and private sectors. He founded and grew Gartner’s State and Local Government Transportation Practice, ultimately securing over $15 million in new business and significantly expanding the firm’s influence in that space. His strategic leadership and client relationship acumen earned him recognition as a key growth driver.
Earlier in his career, Bryan held consulting positions at KPMG and BearingPoint, where he focused on IT project planning, feasibility studies, and quality assurance for government clients. His contributions during this time helped optimize organizational performance and modernize legacy systems in ways that are still impactful today. He also served as Deputy Director for the Ohio Department of Transportation, where he managed a $500 million capital program and oversaw more than 500 employees across Northeast Ohio.
Academically, Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.
