He oversees the establishment and management of three wetland mitigation banks, totaling 2,600 acres, which provide essential credits to offset impacts to wetland areas, primarily catering to the needs of the oil and gas industry. Bruce’s expertise in negotiating with regulatory bodies and securing necessary approvals from agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers, US Fish and Wildlife, EPA, and state environmental authorities highlights his adeptness in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

    Furthermore, Bruce is the owner and operator of Annona Pipeline Company, a common carrier pipeline serving the State of Texas. In this capacity, he manages all operational aspects, from right-of-way acquisition to contractor contracts, construction supervision, and ongoing pipeline operations.
