    Bruce Bantz is a seasoned financial executive with over five decades of distinguished experience spanning global banking, structured finance, project turnarounds, and corporate leadership. With a career beginning in 1975, Mr. Bantz has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to architect innovative financial solutions, lead high-impact transactions, and guide organizations through transformational growth and restructuring. His deep-rooted expertise in asset-backed securities, securitization platforms, and strategic finance has earned him recognition as a trailblazer in the financial services industry.

    Mr. Bantz currently serves as President of AAA Building Services Inc., a turnaround venture he acquired and rebuilt from the ground up. The company services healthcare facilities, and under his leadership, it has implemented comprehensive operational and compliance systems, including OSHA adherence, financial reporting structures, and human capital policies. His hands-on approach spans marketing, contract negotiation, operations, and financial oversight—reflecting his comprehensive management capabilities.

    Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Mr. Bantz held executive and advisory roles at prestigious institutions including Citibank, NatWest Markets, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and multiple high-profile startups. He was a key consultant in the formation and structuring of Orbian Corporation, a joint venture between Citigroup, SAP, and Direct Credit Exchange, aimed at revolutionizing international trade finance through a secure, 24/7 settlement platform. He also played a leading role in the acquisition and restructuring of InterPool, Inc., a NYSE-listed logistics and leasing firm, while serving as a partner at Pentacap LLC.

    His tenure as Global Head of Asset Securitization at NatWest Markets and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson further solidified his legacy in structured finance. He led teams across London, Frankfurt, and New York, launching multibillion-dollar securitization platforms such as “Silver Tower” and “TAGS,” and executed landmark deals including the $5 billion R.O.S.E. Funding and Germany’s first CLO transaction. Many of these efforts were industry firsts, recognized by Institutional Investor and IFR as Deals of the Year.

    At Citibank, Mr. Bantz was instrumental in developing the foundational structures of modern credit card ABS markets. He introduced innovations such as soft bullet ABS structures, turbo cash collateral enhancements, and global clearance mechanisms—frameworks now standard in the global securitization landscape. His leadership also extended into international policy influence, including successful lobbying efforts with the Japanese Ministry of Finance.

    Mr. Bantz has a strong international footprint, having lived and worked in the United Kingdom for over a decade and conducted business extensively across Europe, Asia, and North America. While English is his primary language, he reads Spanish and brings a global perspective to every engagement.

    He holds an MBA and an MA from the University of Chicago, along with a BA from Case Western Reserve University.
