Andy most recently served as Vice President of Operations at RAS Logistics, where he oversaw operations within a complex client network. His role included developing location budgets, ensuring compliance with DOT and regulatory requirements, and driving financial performance. By analyzing location efficiencies and collaborating with terminal managers, Andy consistently met and exceeded customer satisfaction benchmarks while supporting the company’s strategic initiatives. 

Prior to RAS Logistics, Andy held several executive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President at U.S. Transport Corporation. In these roles, he was part of a team, managing an extensive operation that included over 450 trucks, 250 store locations, and 1,200 team members delivering more than 1.25 million shipments annually. His ability to align operational strategy with business growth objectives helped maximize revenue and streamline operations across multiple regions. 

Andy’s tenure as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Diakon Logistics further underscores his ability to drive transformational change. Managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large teams, he led business expansion efforts, optimized supply chain processes, and improved service delivery efficiency. His strategic oversight ensured compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while enhancing client relationships and profitability. 

Andy’s career began with Merchants Home Delivery Service, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Operations – EAST, Division Manager, and Regional Manager. His early experiences in managing large-scale logistics operations, recruiting independent contractors, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and transportation teams laid the foundation for his future executive success. 

Beyond his extensive professional experience, Andy holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Quincy College and completed additional coursework in Business Management at Eastern Nazarene College.
