    Allan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba (1992) and is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers Geoscientists of Manitoba. In the realm of aseptic filling operations, Allan has conceptualized designs for ready-to-use formats, established media fill programs, conducted environmental deviation investigations, and overseen HVAC upgrades and line qualifications.

    With his project management skills, Allan has excelled in project planning, budgeting, execution, and oversight. He has managed multi-site teams, prepared BLAs, conducted equipment audits, and implemented CMMS systems, ensuring operational excellence. Allan has held senior positions at prominent firms, including ChemE Engineering Inc., Prometic Bioproduction Inc., and Affinity Project Solutions Ltd., where he led projects ranging from facility design to process scale-up and technology transfer.

    In his previous roles, Allan contributed to constructability reviews, laboratory retrofits, and regulatory meetings with Health Canada and the U.S. FDA, showcasing his commitment to safety and compliance.
