Dr. Linka Matos, MD, JD, DABA, is a physician executive, healthcare innovator, entrepreneur, and internationally recognized educator with more than twenty years of experience spanning regenerative medicine, interventional pain management, healthcare operations, product development, physician education, and international business expansion.

She is the Founder and Medical Director of Regenerative Pain & Cosmetic Medicine, where she has developed innovative patient-centered models integrating regenerative medicine, biological therapies, interventional pain management, aesthetics, wellness optimization, and integrative medicine. She also serves as Medical Director of Dr. Linka Premium Formula, a physician-developed nutraceutical company focused on premium wellness formulations and injectable nutrient therapies.

Board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Matos was among the early adopters of regenerative biological therapies in private practice, implementing platelet-based therapies, stem cell applications, and exosome protocols years before regenerative medicine became widely adopted. Dr. Matos brings significant executive and operational leadership experience, including serving as Director of Anesthesia Services for a high-volume ambulatory surgery center specializing in orthopedic and urologic procedures. She has overseen multidisciplinary clinical teams, perioperative operations, quality initiatives, patient safety programs, regulatory compliance efforts, and strategic healthcare operations.

An internationally sought-after speaker and educator, Dr. Matos has delivered more than 55 lectures and physician trainings in over 25 countries throughout North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Her expertise includes regenerative medicine, longevity science, biologic therapies, pain management, wellness optimization, aesthetics, and physician practice development. She has advised physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations seeking guidance on implementing innovative treatment models and expanding services into emerging healthcare markets.

Her educational background combines medicine, law, and integrative healthcare. In addition to earning her Doctor of Medicine degree, she completed residency training in Anesthesiology, advanced training in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Susan Samuelli Center in University of California, Irvine, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico. This multidisciplinary training provides valuable insight into governance, healthcare regulation, risk management, commercialization, and strategic decision-making.
