He served as Vice President of Gas Distribution, where he oversaw the complete lifecycle of gas infrastructure—from planning and engineering to operations, maintenance, and compliance. Under his leadership, BGE’s gas division executed major capital and O&M programs exceeding $500 million annually, ensuring system integrity while prioritizing safety and reliability.
Prior to that, as Vice President of Electric Distribution, Christopher was instrumental in modernizing electric grid operations across a 2,300-square-mile territory. He managed complex infrastructure projects that included new customer service connections, reliability upgrades, and real-time response systems.
