As the Owner and President of Clearshot Manufacturing LLC, he has built a veteran-owned, AS9100-certified company specializing in Swiss-style machined components for industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, and firearms. With an MBA in business management and a degree in mechanical engineering, Ric has held key leadership roles across multiple manufacturing firms, optimizing operations and driving growth. His experience as a U.S. Marine instilled in him the discipline, adaptability, and strategic mindset that have defined his career, enabling him to lead high-performing teams and deliver superior products with precision and reliability.
