Frank Rose is a globally recognized leader in national security, defense policy, and emerging technologies with a distinguished career spanning senior roles in the U.S. Departments of State, Defense, and Energy. As a former Principal Deputy Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration and Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, he has led critical initiatives in nuclear deterrence, outer space security, and international arms control diplomacy. His work has shaped U.S. engagements with NATO allies and global powers, advanced nuclear threat reduction, and modernized strategic defense systems. Now President of Chevalier Strategic Advisors, Frank continues to influence global security strategy through expert counsel, academic teaching, and high-level policy research.
