From serving as Chief of Staff in the U.S. Senate to leading major trade associations in music and automotive during transformative times, and later overseeing global government affairs for Ford, I’ve had the privilege of navigating complex challenges with a focus on bipartisan solutions, innovation, and public impact. Today, I continue to advise organizations on strategy, policy, and public affairs with the same passion for progress and collaboration that has guided my path.

With over 30 years of experience—ranging from my early days as a journeyman wireman to serving as Executive Director of NECA’s Southeastern Michigan Chapter and now as Principal of T3 Advisory & Facilitation—I’ve dedicated my career to building sustainable benefit programs, supporting skilled trades, and fostering strong partnerships between labor and management.
