I’m pleased to share my executive biography, reflecting more than three decades of experience across environmental services, infrastructure, transportation, aviation, tourism, resource development, Tribal relations, and executive leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex projects, work across public and private sectors, support community and economic development, and help organizations navigate regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges. As I explore additional board and advisory opportunities, I look forward to bringing that broad perspective to organizations where thoughtful leadership and practical experience can create meaningful value.

After nearly five decades working at the intersection of culture, urban planning, heritage, and economic development, I am honored to share my professional biography. My career has taken me from museums and heritage policy in Canada to international leadership roles with governments, UNESCO-related initiatives, and cultural development projects around the world.
