He has held executive roles in companies such as Dyne-a-pak and The Plastics Group, where he successfully led turnarounds, optimized operations, and drove sustainable growth. Mario’s leadership style is centered on collaboration, team-building, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His in-depth knowledge of sustainable development and Lean management, combined with his strong financial acumen, has enabled him to introduce innovative solutions that improve business performance and profitability. My career includes roles such as Renewable Energy Advisor at Business Oregon and Director at the Oregon Department of Energy, where I led impactful projects in renewable energy and sustainability. Beyond consulting, I’ve been deeply involved in mentoring future leaders and contributing to community development through various volunteer roles.
