I’m pleased to share a more complete picture of my journey across structural chemistry and biology, drug discovery, higher education leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Over the past several decades I’ve been fortunate to help build research infrastructure, launch student-success and DEI initiatives, and serve organizations committed to social and educational justice. As I move into the next chapter of advisory and board service, I remain committed to advancing opportunities for students, scientists, and communities who have too often been overlooked.
