Todd Surbeck: Protecting People, Strengthening Organizations, and Turning Risk into Opportunity

Throughout more than 25 years in risk management, occupational safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership, I have had the opportunity to help companies protect their people, strengthen their operations, and develop practical solutions to complex challenges. My career has also given me the privilege of mentoring colleagues, speaking to diverse audiences, serving my community, and contributing through nonprofit board leadership. As I look toward expanding my board and advisory involvement, I am excited to bring these experiences to organizations where I can contribute, continue learning, and help others succeed. Here is my biography.
