I am honored to share my professional biography, which reflects my journey as a higher education and nonprofit executive committed to advancing equity, inclusion, and opportunity. Over the past 15+ years, I have served in senior leadership roles that bridge education and community, expanding access and creating transformative opportunities for students and underserved youth.

I'm excited to share my journey in higher education advancement, nonprofit leadership, and strategic consulting. With over five decades of experience, I've had the privilege of leading a $150M fundraising campaign at Southwestern University and founding McKelvey Consulting, where I focus on engagement strategies, resource development, executive coaching, and campaign feasibility studies. My hands-on experience in donor relationship management, major gift prospecting, and strategic planning has allowed me to help organizations achieve sustainable growth. Community service has always been a priority for me, whether through mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters or serving with Rotary International. I'm passionate about making a meaningful impact and would love to connect with others who share this drive or are interested in discussing how I can help their organization thrive.
