Scott L. Miller, Ph.D., PG, is a seasoned geologist and executive with over 28 years of experience in geology, petroleum exploration, and environmental sustainability. As the President of PS International, he leads innovative solutions for wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with EPA and NPDES standards. With a strong academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in Geology and Geological Engineering, and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects globally, Scott combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and exceptional leadership to drive operational excellence and foster sustainable growth in the energy and environmental sectors.
