I'm a professor of Public Leadership and Director of the Urban SERCH Institute at the University of North Texas at Dallas, where I focus on collaborative governance, public policy, and community resilience. With a Ph.D. in Public Administration and ongoing studies in global health at Yale, my work bridges academia and practice to drive impact in underserved communities.
