His leadership has been instrumental in developing newborn screening programs, enhancing laboratory accreditation standards, and strengthening global healthcare collaborations. As a respected educator and speaker, Dr. Becker has contributed extensively to medical training, research publications, and industry conferences. Now retired from full-time employment, he remains dedicated to sharing his expertise through advisory and board service, offering strategic insights to clinical laboratories, public health organizations, and medical technology sectors.
