Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged to serve as Arkansas Insurance Commissioner, lead national regulatory initiatives, advise boards and executives, and help organizations navigate risk while pursuing sustainable growth. True regulatory leadership is not measured by how many rules are written or how many penalties are issued, but by whether the marketplace is stronger, fairer, and more stable over time.
