Keith Denos is a seasoned leader in water resource management and consulting, bringing over 30 years of expertise in engineering, infrastructure planning, and financial stewardship. As the Principal of GK Denos Consulting and former General Manager of the Provo River Water Users Association, he has successfully managed large-scale water systems, optimized multi-million-dollar budgets, and guided organizations through complex water management challenges. With advanced degrees in civil and environmental engineering, irrigation engineering, and finance, Keith combines technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver sustainable and fiscally responsible solutions. Burt Hurst is a seasoned facility management professional with over 20 years of experience optimizing infrastructure, sustainability, and operational efficiency across public and private sectors. With a strong foundation in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance, he combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership to ensure long-term facility performance and fiscal responsibility. Burt’s extensive education, including a Master of Science in Facility Management and multiple industry certifications, reinforces his deep knowledge of facility operations, budgeting, and sustainability programs.
