With over 23 years at FedEx, I lead a talented team of 13,000+ across 2,200 stores and several production facilities, driving strategy, print manufacturing, and more. My career has taken me from District Manager to VP of Human Resources, where I've focused on business growth and operational excellence. Beyond my professional role, I’m proud to have served on the Board of Directors for My Possibilities, a nonprofit supporting adults with cognitive disabilities. I’m passionate about innovation and community impact, and I’m grateful for the opportunities to make a difference.
