Known for her analytical thinking and calm leadership style, she played a key role in designing and implementing global ergonomic strategies that improved employee well-being and operational efficiency. With international experience spanning seven countries and a strong foundation in cognitive psychology and geology, Laura brings a rare blend of scientific insight and real-world application. Now actively seeking board or advisory roles, she is eager to contribute her knowledge, global perspective, and strategic mindset to organizations committed to safety, innovation, and excellence.
