After more than three decades in internal medicine, medical education, and healthcare leadership, I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect on a career shaped by patients, colleagues, residents, students, and mentors. As I continue my work in healthcare advocacy and board service, I look forward to applying my experience in primary care, clinician education, interprofessional collaboration, and patient-centered medicine to organizations working to strengthen the future of healthcare.
