Over the years, my journey has taken me from intelligence and entrepreneurship to building companies, raising capital, navigating an acquisition, serving in executive leadership, and advising founders and leadership teams through some of their most consequential moments. Today, my work is focused on helping founder-led companies and post-exit entrepreneurs create clarity around growth, capital, partnerships, leadership, and transition—especially when the pressure is high and the right path forward is not immediately obvious.
