Over the past 35+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible teams, build businesses, and help drive meaningful growth across the sporting goods and apparel industries. I’m passionate about mentoring, innovation, and helping organizations reach their full potential. Here is my biography.

After more than three decades in the retail industry, I’m proud to reflect on a career marked by growth, innovation, and collaboration. From my early days as a buyer to serving as EVP and GMM at Kohl’s, I had the opportunity to help scale the business from a regional chain to a national leader with over 1,100 stores and \$20 billion in sales. I’ve led incredible teams across merchandising, planning, and allocation, always focused on building strong partnerships, developing talent, and driving results. While I’ve since stepped into retirement, I remain deeply grateful for the journey and the people who made it meaningful.

Ronnie Robinson is a globally accomplished sourcing and supply chain executive with over four decades of leadership in the apparel, footwear, and accessories industries. With a proven track record in driving operational excellence, sustainable practices, and strategic transformation, Ronnie has held senior roles at industry leaders including Designer Brands, J.Crew, Ascena, and Mast Industries. He currently serves on the boards of Duluth Holdings Inc. and Handshake America, and brings a unique blend of technical expertise, global perspective, and inspirational leadership to every role he takes on.

My passion for strategic growth, business development, and helping businesses thrive in competitive environments has driven me to continually seek new opportunities to share my expertise.
