After more than 25 years working across environmental planning, NEPA compliance, federal land management, and energy permitting, I’ve taken time to reflect on the journey that has shaped my professional values and leadership style. From my years with the Bureau of Land Management to my early work in Alaska’s environmental infrastructure, it’s been an honor to guide complex projects that balance development with responsibility. Here is my biography.

Thomas C. Morin, L.G., is a nationally recognized environmental consultant and licensed geologist with more than 35 years of leadership in engineering, remediation, and technical consulting. Known for his client-centered approach and strategic problem-solving, he has guided complex redevelopment and cleanup projects across the Pacific Northwest, including high-profile Superfund and Agreed Order sites. With a rare combination of startup agility and large enterprise experience, Mr. Morin brings unmatched technical expertise, regulatory fluency, and a passion for helping organizations achieve both environmental and business outcomes.
