Julie Schoen is a nationally recognized elder justice advocate and legal expert with more than 30 years of executive leadership in Medicare policy, elder law, and public health. As Deputy Director Emeritus of the National Center on Elder Abuse at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, she has played a pivotal role in shaping national strategies to protect and empower older adults. Her distinguished career includes decades of service representing Medicare beneficiaries, securing federal grants, testifying before Congress, and building statewide coalitions to combat elder abuse and fraud. With a Juris Doctor degree focused on elder law and insurance, Julie is a sought-after speaker, educator, and advisor whose work continues to influence aging policy and protect the rights of seniors nationwide.
