My passion has always been supporting individuals with disabilities and empowering educators to serve them with excellence.

After more than 40 years of working at the intersection of public health, disability advocacy, and behavioral research, I’m proud to share my professional biography. It reflects the journey I’ve taken through school counseling, health systems reform, emergency preparedness, and national public health initiatives.
