After more than 30 years working across management consulting, workforce transformation, external talent strategy, risk management, and enterprise operations, I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped my perspective as a leader and advisor. From my years at PwC and the development and leadership of Talent Exchange to founding Murphy Advisory Group, my career has centered on helping organizations navigate workforce complexity, embrace innovation responsibly, and build practical strategies for sustainable performance.
