From directing a $42.5 billion federal program to revitalizing rural economies and building coalitions across sectors, I’ve had the opportunity to lead transformative work with incredible teams.

I’ve had the privilege of building a career at the intersection of law, technology, and public service—driving strategic policy reforms, leading trade associations, and now offering consulting services to help advance equitable broadband access.
