I’m grateful for a professional journey that has allowed me to bring together higher education, foster and kinship care, developmental trauma, disability advocacy, research, and service to children and families. From my work in academic leadership and trauma-informed education to my experiences as a foster parent, educator, researcher, and advisory contributor, I remain committed to using what I have learned to strengthen communities and help create meaningful, sustainable change.
