His career highlights include growing sales from $22 million to $85 million at K-Products, doubling revenue to $48 million at Den Hartog Industries, and transforming Quatro Composites from a startup to a $52 million enterprise. Currently, as CEO of Vogel Traffic Services, Roesner continues to drive innovation and growth, expanding sales from $14 million to an estimated $42 million by 2024.
