A sought-after international speaker and ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer, Jim has trained professionals worldwide on energy conservation, retrofitting existing buildings, and high-performance facility design. Holding multiple certifications, including Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and LEED AP BD+C, he was the first in Michigan to earn ASHRAE’s Building Energy Assessment Professional (BEAP) designation. His contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from BOMA Detroit.
