Michael Buckley is a biotechnology executive with nearly 40 years of experience leading the development and commercialization of complex biologics. Known for his ability to translate advanced science into strategic and operational success, he has played a pivotal role in bringing innovative therapies to market while guiding organizations through transformation and growth.

After more than three decades in biotechnology and immuno-oncology, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the discovery and development of several antibody therapeutics and innovative biologics programs. My career has taken me from academic research to leadership roles at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Medarex, Takeda/Maverick Therapeutics, and 4D Molecular Therapeutics, where I’ve worked alongside talented teams to advance new therapies for patients.
