Jeffrey Warren is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience spanning government, hospital administration, philanthropy, consulting, and the pharmaceutical industry. As a founding principal of JR Market Strategies, LLC, Jeffrey leads strategic business development initiatives, primarily focused on healthcare startups. He has served as Senior Advisor to the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC), where he directed employer-focused research in collaboration with leading national employer organizations. Before his tenure at NPC, Jeffrey was responsible for strategic marketing and media relations at Pfizer Health Solutions, following his leadership role as Senior Director at Parke Davis’s Healthcare Management Group.
Jeffrey’s career is marked by significant leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Cathedral Healthcare System and Vice President of Corporate Development at Hackensack Medical Center. He was also the first Executive Secretary of the New Jersey Hospital Rate Setting Commission, which implemented the DRG reimbursement system in the state. Additionally, Jeffrey served as the inaugural Program Director for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s New Jersey Health Services Development Program.
In the philanthropic and advisory realm, Jeffrey has contributed to various healthcare boards, including the Adler Aphasia Center and the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO). He has held prominent leadership roles such as President of the Boards of Gilda’s Club of Northern New Jersey and The Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey.
