This remarkable improvement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and strategic planning of our entire team. The ISO rating is a critical benchmark for fire departments, affecting everything from insurance premiums for residents to the overall perception of our effectiveness. Achieving the #1 rating means we are recognized as one of the best in the nation, a distinction that underscores our commitment to excellence.
