Mr. Morin is the Founder and Principal of Morin Environmental (ME), a specialized consultancy launched in 2024 that builds upon decades of leadership success. While his career has remained focused on domestic U.S. projects, Mr. Morin brings a globally relevant perspective informed by his German language proficiency and a commitment to sustainable, scalable solutions. His passion for client service, technical excellence, and pragmatic problem-solving is further evidenced by his leadership of advisory boards, including his service on TRC’s internal advisory board and as chairman of his own company’s board during his long tenure at EPI.

Outside of work, Mr. Morin is a hands-on craftsman with personal passions in woodworking and restoring classic cars—hobbies that mirror his professional values of precision, patience, and thoughtful restoration.

Now actively seeking board opportunities, Mr. Morin is driven by a desire to give back and to help organizations navigate the intersection of environmental responsibility, technical risk, and business growth. He believes his blend of startup and enterprise experience, deep regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership make him an ideal candidate for advisory or governance roles in engineering, technical consulting, and environmental services industries.
