    Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Premier Music Group in New York, Sam collaborates closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s financial and business strategies. Under his leadership, Premier Music Group has achieved significant milestones, including securing a $10 million structured debt facility for recapitalization and M&A activities. Sam’s focus on managing the P&L, streamlining revenue, and improving financial processes ensures the company stays on course to meet its EBITDA targets. His responsibilities extend to overseeing all aspects of financial planning, human resources, and quarterly investor reporting, solidifying his reputation as a strategic and operational leader.

    Prior to Premier Music Group, Sam served as Financial Controller at Soho House, a global hospitality brand, where he led financial planning and analysis for multiple business units. Sam also spearheaded efforts to fully integrate the finance team with the operational side of the business, further enhancing its efficiency and impact.

    Sam’s earlier career includes pivotal roles at Wasserman Media Group, Take-Two Interactive Software, and BBC Studios, where he honed his expertise in accounting, financial strategy, and operational management. At Wasserman Media Group, he streamlined processes to reduce month-end close times, implemented ASC606 revenue guidance, and provided critical financial insight for major client deals. At Take-Two Interactive, Sam managed P&L oversight for the $1.2 billion 2K accounting division, led SOX compliance processes, and played a key role in the company’s quarterly SEC submissions. His tenure at BBC Studios included overseeing financial planning for the Americas, managing group reporting for a $600 million business, and providing critical guidance for joint venture agreements.

    A Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA) with UK-based CIMA accreditation (equivalent to a US CPA), Sam combines technical financial acumen with a practical understanding of business operations. His career spans diverse geographic markets, including the UK and Europe, which has equipped him with a global perspective on financial strategy and business development.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Sam is passionate about mentoring and teaching.
