    Ruben Perello is a seasoned business transformation leader with over 40 years of experience in delivering enterprise-wide digital solutions across multiple industries, including Federal, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Energy.     As a Partner at Guidehouse, Ruben has played an instrumental role in building the firm’s Oracle and Workday practices, expanding the Oracle team from 42 to 150 consultants and the Workday team from 12 to 100 consultants. He has led transformative projects for both public and private sector clients, delivering solutions in finance, human capital management, and components of supply chain management. His projects span across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia demonstrating a global reach and a capacity to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.

    Prior to his role at PwC/Guidehouse, Ruben held senior positions at Deloitte, BearingPoint, and KPMG, where he honed his skills in program management, practice management, and large-scale ERP implementations. His projects have addressed complex requirements in finance, human resources, and supply chain systems, helping organizations modernize and optimize their operations. Ruben’s work at Deloitte and BearingPoint also involved hands-on development of consulting practices, recruiting top talent, and establishing training programs to maintain high standards of delivery. 

    Throughout his career, Ruben has consistently demonstrated his expertise in program and project management, securing endorsements for skills in business transformation, IT strategy, and organizational development.
