In 1994, Rick joined Associates First Capital Corporation in Irving, Texas, as Assistant Treasurer and Treasury Manager. During this period, he also gained valuable experience in investor relations and acquisition integration, broadening his perspective on corporate financial strategy and the operational challenges of scaling organizations.
Rick returned to Bank of America in 2000, bringing his treasury expertise to the Commercial Real Estate Banking division. Over the next fifteen years, he advanced through multiple leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Senior Treasury Sales Manager. In 2015, Rick assumed the role of Commercial Bank Market Executive for North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. In this capacity, he leads business banking teams serving clients with $5–100 million in annual revenues.
