In his role as CEO and Board Member at FlexXray, LLC in Arlington, TX, from 2019 to 2023, Randy spearheaded robust growth plans that exceeded expectations, managed M&A activities, built and led a six-member C-suite executive team, and partnered with Levine Leichtman Equity Partners and later Warburg Pincus following a successful exit. He drove organic revenue growth and enhanced production capacity by designing and integrating next-generation digital x-ray inspection technology and implementing a multiple shift (24×6) model, accompanied by geographic expansion. Randy also led the company’s sale to Warburg Pincus, achieving 100% shareholder satisfaction and significant returns on invested capital. He restructured the sales team, boosted the Net Promoter Score to 95, maintained 100% customer retention, and expanded into new market segments.
Prior to FlexXray, Randy served as CEO and Board Member at Informatics, Inc. in Plano, TX, from 2016 to 2019. He directed the successful execution of a business transformation plan aimed at turning around underperforming areas and driving profitable revenue growth. Randy initiated high-growth SaaS models, overhauled management teams, and sustained consistent revenue growth for both SaaS and on-premise software offerings, transitioning from a $1.7M loss to a $1M+ run rate.
From 2007 to 2016, Randy was the EVP and General Manager of the HR Compliance and Analytics Solutions Division at PeopleFluent, Inc. (formerly Peopleclick) in Dallas, TX. He administered control over all aspects of P&L for this global provider of SaaS talent management and HR compliance analytics software, achieving continuous multi-million-dollar profit targets. Randy piloted business functions through a successful sale to private equity firm Bedford Funding, expanded win rates, and launched industry-leading SaaS HR compliance and diversity products.
