He has more than a decade of experience following retail, luxury, and consumer services including in-house knowledge working inside U.S. businesses and global brands. As Director of Investor Relations at Ralph Lauren, Raghav played an instrumental role supporting C-level executives in communicating financial performance to the investment community. Raghav drafted earnings materials, prepared board-level communications, and translated KPIs and competitive intelligence into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Institutional Investor rated Ralph Lauren’s senior management team No. 1 in the 2023 and 2024 consumer midcap surveys.
With more than nine years of background in consumer equity research, Raghav has a strong understanding about company growth and margin drivers through different market cycles. Prior to Ralph Lauren, he was a senior associate on the Morgan Stanley retail softline and restaurants teams, both recognized by Institutional Investor. Using proprietary and third-party data to forecast company earnings, he produced actionable investment recommendations for off-price, mall-based specialty, and global accessories retailers and brands such as TJX Companies and Capri Holdings.
Previously, Raghav held various business development roles focused on improving customer level profitability at apparel and fine jewelry companies including Kellwood, Frederick Goldman, and Roberto Coin.
Raghav earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in French from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Diamonds Graduate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Beyond his technical expertise, Raghav has a strong sense of community and purpose. He is currently mentoring an individual in a resettlement and integration program through Commonpoint Queens. Previously, he volunteered as a college essay coach for South Asian Youth Action (SAYA), a local non-profit.
