Paul’s executive leadership was cemented during his tenure as CEO of Challenger Sports & Challenger Teamwear, where he guided the company for over seven years, transforming it into a leader in the sportswear and team apparel industry. His ability to set a clear company strategy, manage all divisions, and drive revenue growth positioned Challenger Teamwear as a trusted name in the industry. Prior to his role as CEO, Paul served as Senior Vice President for 24 years, where he was responsible for setting yearly sales goals, overseeing training programs, leading marketing initiatives, and working closely with suppliers. His leadership directly contributed to the company’s expansion and long-term success.

In addition to his work with Challenger Sports, Paul has held pivotal roles in Major League Soccer Camps as President and North American Soccer Camps as Vice President, where he was instrumental in developing training programs, increasing participation, and expanding brand visibility across North America.
