Meghna Sinha is a visionary AI executive, advisor, and strategist with over 26 years of experience driving enterprise-wide digital transformations through advanced analytics, machine learning, and responsible AI. As the Co-Founder and Chief AI Strategist at Kai Roses Inc., she partners with C-suite leaders and boards to drive scalable, ethical, and impactful AI adoption across complex organizations. Her career spans some of the world’s most influential corporations—Verizon, Target, and Circana (formerly IRI)—most recently she architected and operationalized AI capabilities at Verizon that resulted in more than $1 billion in quantifiable business impact.

Meghna’s unique strength lies in translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into clear strategic advantages, ensuring that each initiative aligns with long-term business goals while accounting for technological readiness and human capacity. As VP of Verizon’s AI Center, she established a 250+ person AI Center of Excellence, overseeing over 1,000 enterprise-wide AI/ML models in production. Her AI strategy continues to serve as the backbone for AI implementations at enterprise scale at Verizon, with foundations in one of the most comprehensive responsible AI programs in corporate America. This responsible AI program includes model governance, automated model monitor and proactive bias and risk detection. This organization played a pivotal role in rapidly evaluating high-value GenAI use cases during the recent surge in demand.

Prior to her tenure at Verizon, Meghna played a pivotal role at Target Corporation’s digital transformation journey. She led the development of industry-first ecommerce experimentation and analytics platforms that fueled Target’s evolution into an omnichannel retail powerhouse. Her leadership enabled a scalable A/B testing and real-time tracking platform, pioneering digital attribution methodology for the in-house personalization recommendation engine that generated over $1 billion in annual demand. Under her guidance, Target’s data science team matured into a world-class internal capability with impact and measurable outcomes.

At Circana (formerly IRI), Meghna built her foundation in advanced modeling, analytics strategy, and econometric modeling, testing and forecasting. As Chief Analytics Officer for ConAgra Foods and Vice President of Advanced Modeling Services, she developed analytic strategy for her CPG industry clients accelerating the use of predictive modeling to make decisions on optimized pricing, product assortment, marketing and promotion strategies. Her work at Circana contributed to model design fundamentals and continues to be in use across consumer goods organizations.

In 2025, Meghna launched her consultancy Kai Roses, Inc. driven by her passion for promoting the responsible use of AI. Through Kai Roses, she offers executive advisory services focused on AI strategy development, implementation planning, talent integration, and scaling operations. Her approach centers on empowering organizations to operate AI initiatives independently with clarity, responsibility, and long-term sustainability. Clients benefit from her cross-industry knowledge, practical AI frameworks, and deep experience with organizational evolution and upskilling required to make AI successful and sustainable.

Beyond her corporate impact, Meghna is deeply committed to education and inclusion. She is currently a Senior Industry Fellow at UC Irvine’s Center for Digital Transformation, guest lecturing in executive MBA and CIO forums to prepare executives for the AI-powered economy. She has also served as Advisory Council Member at Cornell University’s Break Through Tech, where she contributed to the development of inclusive leadership and AI programs to increase the diverse talent pipeline in technology jobs. She is a former board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast.

Meghna holds a Master’s degree in Statistics/Quantitative Methods from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Lucknow University, India. She is fluent in English and Hindi and has deep international experience across India, Europe, and North America. She has technical expertise in implementing a range of model based solutions like large language models (LLMs)/GenAI use cases, real-time personalized recommendations engine, computer vision applications, wide range of traditional model applications like customer lifetime value, churn prediction, time-series forecasting, multivariate testing, etc.

Outside of work, Meghna finds balance and creativity through yoga. She is passionate about holistic well-being and seeks balance and harmony between creativity and technology.
