The President of Rudd Asset Management (RAM), a consulting firm specializing in Electrical Power Projects, Renewable Energy, and Combined Heat & Power Plants, with a particular emphasis on sustainable biomass and waste fuels generation with distributed generation power projects in the range of 2 – 50 MWe.
With over 30 years of extensive experience, Mark’s career has encompassed roles in nuclear and fossil energy operations, power plant engineering, project management, and corporate development. With career experience at American Electric Power and Northern Indiana Public Service Company, he has a solid power background from front line participant in plant construction, operations, maintenance and engineering to ultimately Plant Manager of a large 6 unit power plant.
His expertise extends to his tenure as the Director of Field Services for a fleet of irradiated nuclear fuel shipping casks at Transnucleaire, SA in Paris, France, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the safe shipment of irradiated nuclear fuel throughout Western Europe for reprocessing and design development.
Mark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, where he honed skills in Monte Carlo simulation and Risk Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University, where he was part of the first undergraduate Nuclear Engineering class.
He is distinguished by a range of certifications including CEM, CEA, CDSM, CEP, CSDP, BEP from the Association of Energy Engineers and awards for industry innovation from the Electric Power Research Institute.
Mark’s mission is to develop renewable and green power solutions, utilizing his experience and knowledge in power generation, renewable energy, and power generation to provide above average profits through better enhancement designs and efficient project management.
