As Insurance Credentialing Coordinator for the Galveston County Health District, she managed provider enrollment with major payers, negotiated contracts, and ensured compliance with federal and state guidelines. At HCA Healthcare, she oversaw all credentialing activities for medical staff, ensuring rigorous adherence to accreditation standards set by The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and various state boards.

Throughout her career, Lisa has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge compliance strategy with operational execution.
