Kevin Laughlin is a seasoned financial executive with deep experience scaling technology companies from startup to IPO and beyond. He brings over three decades of leadership in software, internet, and services businesses, with a consistent track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.

Most recently, Kevin served as Chief Financial Officer at Temporal Technologies, an open-source infrastructure company, where he helped scale the business from early revenue to over $40M in ARR. His responsibilities extended beyond finance to include data engineering and analytics, business systems, and legal.

Previously, Kevin was CFO at Clever and Inkling, two venture-backed education and enterprise software companies. He also served as CFO at All Covered, where he led financial operations that culminated in the company’s acquisition by Konica Minolta.

As CFO at International Network Services (INS), Kevin played a key role in scaling the company from $2M in annual revenue and 50 employees to $400M in revenue and over 2,000 employees worldwide. He helped lead the company through a successful IPO and its eventual acquisition by Lucent Technologies.

Earlier in his career, Kevin was Controller at EFI, where he helped scale the company from its early stages to over $100M in global revenue and through a successful public offering. He began his career in the audit and emerging business practices at Ernst & Young, and has also served as a strategic financial consultant to several high-growth technology companies.

Kevin has led functions across financial planning and analysis, accounting, risk management, international expansion, M&A, investor relations, legal, and facilities. His leadership has enabled companies to scale effectively while navigating the complexities of growth and capital markets.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University, graduating cum laude.
