Karen’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Design & Merchandising with a Minor in International Business from Drexel University. Her commitment to continuous professional development is evident through her certification as a Facility Management Professional (FMP) by the International Facility Management Association, obtained in June 2018.

Under Karen’s leadership, TeamPAR has received numerous accolades, including recognition by NJBIZ in 2022 as a winner of the Leader in Real Estate, Construction & Design Award.  Karen is the recipient of various philanthropic awards issued by CREW-NJ and JBWS for TeamPAR’s 24 years of community service for their annual toy drive that has supported over 500 children annually and has amassed over $400,000 in donations.  Her service and dedication were also acknowledged with the Mary A. Mulholland Service Award by the Boy Scouts of America in November 2016. This award honors women who serve as exemplary role models for youth and embody the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law.

In June 2016, Karen was honored with the New Jersey SmartCEO Brava Award, celebrating her as one of New Jersey’s top women business leaders.
