Jason Stroup is a seasoned educational and athletics administrator with over 17 years of experience in public education. Known for his service-oriented leadership, Jason has built a dynamic career that bridges the academic, operational, and extracurricular pillars of school systems. He currently serves as the Director of Activities and Athletics at Lower Merion School District in Ardmore, Pennsylvania—a role in which he oversees the comprehensive planning and management of interscholastic and intramural athletic programs, student activities, academic event logistics, and school-wide operations.

An experienced leader, Jason brings an exceptional blend of strategic planning, compliance expertise, and team development to his work. He is responsible for directing daily operational logistics for a large high school campus, coordinating and communicating closely with central office administrators, operations teams, and academic leadership. Beyond his classroom and administrative duties, Jason has held various leadership positions including Assistant Athletic Director, Team Leader for special education teams, and administrative support to the athletic office. He holds multiple certifications including a Principal PK–12 Certification, a Supervisor of Special Education Certification, and is currently pursuing a Letter of Eligibility Certification (Superintendent) from West Chester University, expected in October 2025. His academic credentials include a Master of Science in Special Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Education (Mathematics) with a minor in Computer Science from Millersville University.
